Restore your packs
Packs you bought belong to your Apple or Google account. On a new phone, install Tell, then open the pack store and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought them with.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds go through them:
- iPhone: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history
Your data
Tell has no accounts. Player names and settings stay on your phone, and deleting the app deletes them. See the Privacy Policy.
